Been with Red Sea for a while now and can't really fault them. I used to manage everything myself and honestly don't miss it one bit. The lads are easy to get hold of and they just get on with it. Happy with them.

I was recommended Red Sea Housing by a friend who had a property with them. Was a little hesitant at first because I'd had a bad experience with an agent previously, but they've been brilliant to deal with. No unnecessary hassle, and they actually answer the phone!

I've got a couple of properties in Birmingham and dealing with different agents was becoming a nightmare. Decided to give Red Sea a try and so far it's been a good decision. They're not constantly bothering me with little things and when something important comes up they let me know. Exactly how I prefer it.

Can't complain at all really. Had a few bits that needed sorting at the beginning but they got everything organised. I've recommended them to my brother who's thinking about renting his house out.

I don't usually bother leaving reviews but credit where it's due. The service has been excellent from the start. I spoke to a few agencies beforehand and Red Sea were by far the easiest to have a proper conversation with. Very down to earth and professional.

It's been nearly a year and everything has gone smoothly. I'm not the type to leave long reviews but they've done what they said they would and that's what matters to me.

Honestly wish I'd found these guys sooner. I spent years sorting out repairs, chasing people and dealing with all the headaches myself. Now I barely have to think about the property. Worth it just for the peace of mind.

I live quite far from the property so I needed somebody local that I could rely on. They've been very accommodating and always explain what's going on. Really pleased I went with them.

Had one or two delays with getting some work done but nothing major and they kept me informed throughout. Overall they've been very good and I appreciate that they're upfront about things. I'd rather that than someone making promises they can't keep.

Honestly had such a better experience here compared to my last letting agency. I don't have to keep ringing five times just to get an answer. They actually speak to you like a normal person which is nice for a change 😂

Been living in one of their properties for a few months now. Had a small problem with the heating when I first moved in but they arranged for someone to come and have a look. Apart from that everything's been fine. Happy here.

Really happy with my room. It's in a good location for work and the housemates are sound too. Moving in was quick and I haven't had any problems since.

I've rented a few places over the years and there's always something that goes wrong eventually, especially with my disability. What I like about these lot is you can actually have a conversation with them and get things sorted without an argument. Makes a big difference.
